Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the WellNest Digital website and your purchase of our digital products. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

WellNest Digital ("we", "us") sells digital health and lifestyle coaching products: eBooks, PDF programs and printable charts. Contact: WhatsApp +91 83170 20054, email aanchal.singh279@gmail.com.

2. Products and pricing

• All products are digital files (PDF format unless stated otherwise). Nothing physical is shipped.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Each product page describes exactly what is included. What you see on the product page at the time of ordering is what you receive.
• We may change prices at any time; the price shown at the time you place your order applies to that order.

3. Ordering and payment

• To place an order you provide your name and a valid email address. A WhatsApp number is optional but speeds up payment and delivery.
• After you place an order, our team contacts you (on WhatsApp if a number was provided, otherwise by email) to complete payment. An order is confirmed only once payment is received in full.
• We may also offer online payment through an authorized payment gateway (such as Razorpay) supporting cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets. When you pay through a gateway, its terms also apply to the payment transaction.
• Unpaid orders are held for 7 days and then cancelled automatically. No charge is made for cancelled unpaid orders.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered electronically to the email address you provide (and to your WhatsApp if a number was shared) within 24 hours of payment confirmation. See our Delivery Policy for details.

5. License and permitted use

• Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your own personal use, including printing charts for your own household.
• You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share publicly, or use the materials commercially without our written permission.
• All content remains the intellectual property of WellNest Digital.

6. Coaching and consultation inclusions

Some products include personal consultations or coaching check-ins conducted over WhatsApp or email. These must be used within 6 months of purchase unless the product page states otherwise. Coaching inclusions are personal to the purchaser and cannot be transferred.

7. Health disclaimer

Our products provide general education and lifestyle coaching material. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not replace consultation with a qualified doctor, dietitian or mental health professional. Consult your physician before starting any new nutrition, exercise or lifestyle program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
