Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling before payment
An order is not charged until payment is completed. You can cancel any unpaid order at no cost by messaging us on WhatsApp (+91 83170 20054) or emailing aanchal.singh279@gmail.com with your order ID. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 7 days.
2. Cancelling after payment, before delivery
If you cancel after paying but before your files have been delivered, you receive a full refund, no questions asked.
3. Refunds after delivery
Because our products are digital files that cannot be "returned", refunds after delivery are handled as follows:
- Non-delivery: if you do not receive your files within 24 hours of payment confirmation, contact us and we will resend immediately. If we cannot deliver within 72 hours of payment, you receive a full refund.
- Defective or wrong files: if a file is corrupted, incomplete, or not the product you ordered, we will replace it. If we cannot provide a working replacement within 72 hours, you receive a full refund.
- 7-day quality guarantee: if within 7 days of delivery you genuinely feel a product does not match its description on the product page, write to us explaining the gap. If we cannot resolve it, we refund the product price.
- Coaching inclusions: for products that include consultations or weekly coaching, unused coaching portions can be refunded pro rata within the first 14 days of the program.
4. What is not refundable
- Change of mind after files have been delivered and downloaded, where the product matches its description.
- Coaching sessions already conducted.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Refunds of gateway payments (card, UPI, netbanking) are processed back through the gateway; depending on your bank, the credit may take an additional 5 to 7 working days to appear.
6. How to request a refund
- Message us on WhatsApp at +91 83170 20054 or email aanchal.singh279@gmail.com.
- Include your order ID, the product name, and a short description of the issue.
- We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 72 hours.
