Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

Every WellNest Digital product is a digital file (PDF unless stated otherwise). Nothing physical is shipped, there are no shipping charges, and no delivery address is required. This policy serves as our shipping policy for payment gateway purposes.

2. How delivery works

1. You place an order with your name and email address (WhatsApp number optional).
2. Payment is completed over WhatsApp with our team, or through our online payment gateway once enabled.
3. After payment confirmation, we send your files and download links to your email address, and to your WhatsApp if you shared a number.

3. Delivery timeline

• Standard: within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• Typical: within 1 to 2 hours during support hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST).
• Guarantee: if files do not arrive within 72 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund Policy.

4. Products with coaching inclusions

For products that include consultations or coaching (for example the 12-week flagship program), the study files are delivered as above, and our team schedules your coaching start over WhatsApp within 48 hours of payment.

5. Did not receive your files?

• Check your spam or promotions folder for mail from aanchal.singh279@gmail.com.
• Message us on WhatsApp at +91 83170 20054 with your order ID; we resend immediately.
• Lost your files later? We resend past purchases free, any time. Lifetime access is included with every order.
