WellNest Digital respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use and protect it.
We do not require a physical address, do not create user accounts, and do not require passwords. We do not collect health data unless you voluntarily share it as part of a coaching or consultation inclusion, in which case it is used only to provide that service.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing messages without your consent.
Your data is shared only with service providers strictly necessary to run the store: our email provider, WhatsApp (Meta) for message delivery, and the payment gateway when you pay online. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
Order records are kept as long as needed for delivery, support, lifetime updates and legal or tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see section 7); we will delete everything not legally required to be retained.
Order data is stored in access-controlled systems available only to our small team. Payment is handled by PCI DSS compliant gateways when paying online.
